About Us

We are the Arab Institute for Research and Strategic Studies (Airss), a non-governmental, Arab and national institution. We seek to contact with the other to acquaint him with our Islamic and Arab culture and civilization and to inform them of what we presented of sciences and culture that enriched the Western civilization for decades. When we became weaker and they felt their strength and greatness of their civilization, which we respect and appreciate, they denied our existence, as Arab and Muslims. They also denied our contributions in the human civilization that transferred them from the darkness of middle ages to the light of renaissance.

It is not of our nature or moralities to remind others of a favor or ask them to appreciate us. Though this is important, we seek to make the means of communications of relatively mutual respect, respect to our beliefs and those of millions of humankind. As we all belong to one planet that became a small village with the information revolution, which we experience, finding new forms of coexistence compatible with the results of this revolution is necessary to this village. These results seem not to stop at the limit, which requires accommodation with it, in a way compatible with the nature of humankind. Perhaps the first requirement of coexistence is the mutual respect not to harm others' rights and beliefs. The personal freedom and freedom of expression is a natural matter compatible with the fact, which we live, but your freedom stops, when it clashes with others' freedom and beliefs. On contrary of that, this village will not enjoy peace and rest. This is a call to all the benevolent in this universe, whether on our Arab world or the western world, to share with us through this website and several websites of the Arab Institute to think a lot about this point to restore the building of moralities that are compatible with the results of the fiscal and information revolutions in a way, which does not harm others' beliefs, as they are human beings.
